Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (if available)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Vantic Paris is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
